Stalled after first week 😫 lost 10lb pre-op then 8lb in week one post op then not an ounce for 8 days now, I prepared for stalls but didn’t think it would happen one week after surgery, trying not to let it get to me, think I need to up my water, hitting around 70-80g of protein a day

Everything went well, everybody at the clinic was wonderful and spoke English, I was looked after extremely well 😃

I have this exact same issue with water and the pain 😫

Well I’m here in the Czech Republic getting ready for my surgery tomorrow 😃 exciting times. I’m self paying from the UK and it was much cheaper to have the procedure here lol

Hi all, I’m from the UK and have my procedure booked for 10th January 2019 I’ve not been put on the liver shrink diet, just no solid foods 48hrs before procedure and then no liquids or anything 12hrs before just for an empty stomach! Im 228lbs and want to get to 140lbs, if tried every bloody diet going, this better work lol
