I had gastric bypass on Jan 16 and I am still nauseous. It is getting better but it’s still there! My surgeon said it will all get better just give it time. I am praying everyday for it to all be over!

Please let me know that this too shall pass! I had bypass on Jan 16th and now I am having the worst nausea ever! I’m also having an issue with everything tasting nasty! I’m currently taking anti nausea meds but its not working much for me. I’m sooooo sad and frustrated please tell me that this too will pass! BTW, my surgeon told me it will get better but I’m having my doubts.😞

I couldn’t agree more about not stocking up. I’m just 5 days post op and totally sick of the jello and popsicles I ate during the prep diet. Yeah about that prep diet....it was the worst. I was soooo miserable but now 5 days out I’m singing a different song. #successfulsurgery #lifeisgood
