I can truly appreciate award winning bathrooms. I know every truck stop from here to Vegas and I can tell you which ones have decent bathrooms and which do not. This is an important issue in my life. -

Is that the one with Denis Leary? I've watched it a handful of times and I thought it was fabulous. -

Heck yeah I'd have peace signs all over my big rig! Bet the rest of the truckers would just love seeing my hippie mobile pulling in to the Flying J! My diaper may have been full of gas. I am very glad your fence issue is working out. Man, you've had your share of crap lately. Our lab fell in the pool once and started sinking right to the bottom. Couldn't swim. Her little black paws were frantically waving in the air. DH had to jump in and save her. -

Isn't that a great feeling? I was wearing a pair of cords today and they were sagging in the butt. John told me it looked like I had a full diaper. -

Okay, this is kinda' dumb, but here goes. I was doing some laundry tonight. Normally I take all of my clothes out of the washer and hang them up to dry to prevent any shrinkage. Tonight I went to take my clothes out of the washer and thought "Gee, I'll put these in the dryer. It would be just fine if they shrunk a little because everything's too big". YAY!!!!! -

Hi Michelle. I was able to carry my liquid meds onboard, but it wasn't easy. One screener was planning to take them away, but her supervisor said if it was medically necessary I could keep them. All I got from Dr. K. was the email stuff. I didn't receive a separate packet. I'm sure your liver will be fine. -

I don't know WHAT you are talking about. I don't have gas!!! NEVER!! Not when I lie on my side at night . . . not when I first wake up . . . not at random times for absolutely no reason . . . . -

Hee hee. I got the obese gene as well. Unfortunately, I didn't get the tidy gene. Everyone else in my family is obsessively tidy. I am a huge mess. Kinda' weird. -

ooo, I'm so happy to hear that Tucker is doing so well. YAY TUCKER!!! Your weight loss has been phenomenal. Wow. I once gained 17 lbs in 21 days while on vacation, but it never seems to come off at that rate  I think it's totally natural to be nervous about your fills. I was way nervous the first time and this time too. I keep waiting for the PBing, etc. to start or whatever. But so far so good other than my little tummy ache tonight. Although last time my fill didn't really "kick in" until a few days later, so we shall see . . . -

Well, as long as you're not flapping your arms around and stuff, you probably don't look too terribly weird . . -

I think if you made it through all that walking today in one piece you are definitely NOT being a baby. I had a hernia too and I felt kinda crappy for awhile. I had my surgery on Wednesday and went in to work for a few hours on Monday and honestly didn't feel too great, so I think you should quit being so hard on yourself!!! I know it's not considered "major surgery" but it does involve anesthesia, trauma to your body, etc. Just kick back and relax. Every day gets a little better and in about two weeks you'll think -"huh, I feel really good!". It just sort of hits you one day that you feel all better! -

So I just finished eating my first meal since my fill. I ate about a half a chicken breast and some green beans. I cut everything into tiny pieces and chewed really well and everything seemed to go fine. But now I kind of have a tummy ache in my little tummy. Is this what it's like to have something stuck? Or did I just eat too much? I don't feel like throwing up or anything, my stomach just hurts. -

Happy Sunday morning, all! Dorky one, I LOVE your new glasses. And your hair is so cute! With all the NSVs going on in your life, you must be feeling really good! I hear ya' with the out of state thing. I think it's only natural that, if we were seeing Dr. K. every month, we could ask him those things that come up in our minds. But since we're not, we end up with little and/or conflicting info from aftercare people. And the conflicting info is the worst! We should always follow what our doctors say, but which one should we follow? As you stated, though, that's kind of the price we pay for making the decision to go out of town, so thank heavens we do have this site!!! Denise, it really sounds like you need a little unfill. Do you take anything like prilosec on a regular basis? The guy I went to the other day highly recommends taking it every day to prevent "gastritis" problems down the road. Just a thought. You must have been so thrilled with the deals on the dresses! I LOVE a good bargain. Oh yes I do  On a completely different note . . . DH and I have been having some wacky thoughts lately about retiring in 5 or 6 years, selling everything we own, and living in a motorhome. We could spend the summers on the Oregon coast (our favorite place on earth), spend more time with our grandbaby in northern california, get out of the cold in the winter, etc. Are we nuts? Any thoughts on this plan? -

Deb, I'm so happy to hear that Tucker is home! YAYYYY!!! I'm sure he'll be feeling better in no time. And his mom will too! Jaime, I'm very happy to hear that you weren't affected too terribly by the storm. How frightening that must be! Shelbi, we must both be in fall "nesting" mood. We just ripped out a drop ceiling too and are putting up sheetrock, painting, and putting in new floor in the basement. Lap, I'm happy that the TENS is helping. And the bedzercise is a great idea!! Dee, how are you feeling this afternoon? -

But I was figuring that, when you're midway between your first and second goals, you'll be halfway, yes? And at the rate you lose weight . . . Sorry you're feeling blue. :lovechoc: -

He told me on our phone consult. Maybe it was because of all the darned meds I'm on that the subject came up!! Anyhoo, I've decided to cut them up into 4 pieces as kind of a compromise. I'm not sure what else to do. Hopefully there will come a day when I don't have to take any of them and then it won't be an issue. Sigh. Dee, you are getting so close to being halfway to goal. YAY YOU!!!
