Honestly, I saw a wedding pic of me that was from behind and I didn't recognize myself! That made me really happy. Thanks, Deb. I had a really tough time at the 3-4 month mark. I really stalled, but then it picked up again. Hang in there. You're doing great.

Hello lap band ladies! Sorry I've been missing the past few days. My daughter's wedding was tonight and it has been a crazy couple of days. I have to say, though, it was absolutely beautiful. I will post some pics later, but I am just beaming from ear to ear. She looked amazing, the ceremony was great, the dinner was lovely, etc etc. Miss you guys and I'll catch up again soon.

Yep, that's how I feel at this point. I hoped I would be a faster loser than I am, but even at my slooowww pace I am thinner than I have been in many many years. I put on a long sleeved t-shirt yesterday that was my favorite last winter and it absolutely drowned me. It was hilarious. That made me feel so good cuz then I could see that I've made a ton of progress. I just get impatient sometimes and want it to happen faster.

My presentation is on Saturday the 4th so I'll probably come in on the 3rd or something. We probably won't recognize each other cuz we'll be mere shadows of our former selves!!!
