Thank you! I am getting VSG so should be in there just a day. Yeah wasn’t sure about the massager either I know walking will be my friend! -

What are some things that are must haves to help during your hospital stay? I have heard a handheld massager to shake the gas out.

I just got approved after 5 days. Got a call today that my surgery is on Wednesday the 13th! Yes one week!!! It happened so fast. Liquid diet one week, no birth control. How overwhelmed were you guys when you got your date?
