Very similar here. I burn also burn 3000-3500. I’ve been able to maintain with 2200-2500 calories at 2 years out.
I follow a similar daily diet
Breakfast: Overnight Oats
Morning snack: Protein Shake & banana
Lunch: Power Greens, Cottage Cheese, tuna, hard boiled egg
Pre-workout: Perfect Bar
Dinner: Salmon or Chicken and green veg/sweet potato.
Evening Snack: Protein Muffin
I workout 3 days a week and run 3 days.
