Hi, my name is shawna and i am also 29, from the qc area, but was wondering how you went about finding your doctor. I don't even know if my insurance will cover it yet but have signed up for the seminar on mon oct 20th. I guess I'm just looking for information since it seems so overwelming at the moment.

Hi my name is Amy and I am from the Quad Cities I wondered if Dr. Hass accepted the medical card and if you get your fills from her as well? I am considering and was considering the surgery for a long time. I just wish I knew someone close instead of driving to Chicago if there was a problem. Thanks, Amy
