They says mashed potatoes but no specific type and no specific amount. I am eating small portions of everything and maybe averaging 500 calories a day somedays. I haven't have a calorie goal just a protein goal of 60 grams Daily. I find my self being very hungry today I have an egg with cheese for breakfast a fruit smoothie and a chicken strip. Like to say it's getting easy... I am so confused about the diet etc... one page says stay away from potatoes and the very next page says I can eat potatoes. It's an emotional thing also as we end our relationship with food to only eat as a necessity. It's a bad break up.
