I was banded on 3/21/07. My pre surgery weight was 242 and I m now 206. I am not losing weight regularly. I work out 6 days a week (2 days with a trainer) I think im eating what im suppose to. Yet im not losing regularly. I keep reading all these blogs that people are losing regularly. I go to my dr once a month and my weight just stays the same. Is anybody out there going through the same thing. Or can anyone give me some tips on eating. PLEASE HELP :blushing:
