I just started using Bariastic, and it’s really complete. And it can send you a report , measurements, food log etc. which you can print out. I love it!

Hello! This is my pre-op phase. Exicted but nervous as well. Does someone have suggestions for the liquid diet? Has anyone had soups from bariatricpal? Thank you. Good luck to all! :) -
