i am having same issues. so to get my protein i drink my adkins shakes 20 grams each and i sip on stacker protein water also 20 grams. i am not going to do any thing about it for now because the weight is falling off easy.

why doesnt she switch to spivak they are in same surgery center. and i know he does some of spiegel patients fills.

my fav. is trifle choc cake cut in cubes layered with choc. pudding coolwhip toffee chips or skor bars crunched up keep layering in a trifle bowl or clear dish i have also made individual ones which look very nice. in sunday glasses or champagne flutes. you can also do yellow cake van. puuding strawberries blueberries cool whip it is very light and refreshing.

i have had these hiccups for hours please help:help: do i have to worrry about the band. was it something i ate?

full is when you are more thatn satifified. so different than normal. or mayabe when you get 1 bite or golf ball issue it is then either way full is full and learn to enjoy the one or 2 bites instead of whole cake. i cant believe how your brain and stomach is involved. once you find restriction it took me 3 fills but when it happens you will know and i hope i can use this tool as long as it will let me good success donna texas

ok i did same thing it was not until my 3 fill that there is no....................question and to eatin, over eating ,drinking large amounts it will not happen you will no be hungery, yu will will not be deprived you or i started to fell empowereed what a wonderful thing to say yes this is not only going to worik it is working not only with the weight but also with the brain. donna

i found somethingb today that i am so excited about because i can not seem to get all my protein in. and i really dont want to loose my hair. it is at walmart called protein water. they have 20 grams of protein. no carb or cal. i drank grape but they also have pink lemonaide. i was very full and satisfied.

i am wearing victoria secret granny panties i got for wedding present 24 yrs ago. they are so cummy, not bra. i live in the country. the criteria here to buy a house is to be able to pee off yur porch. hah

hey today i went for my 3rd fill with spivak. this is what i have learned. the new tech works on wednesday. i think i will only go to her from now on she really took time to listen. she took exrays before to make sure my pouch was not stretched. i had 1.8 and after begging she gave me 2.4 i say lets get the show on the road and start loosing. she also gave me a few tips that i did totally wrong. i was under the empression that if i ate soup and lots of water, drinks. the weigt would coem off. but she explaine that soups go straight through and that is why i have restricition and hunger. so it is protein and veg. since i only lost .2 pounds in 3 weeks. also the nurse and tech said spivak will fill you ever 3 weeks if you follow the rules. i am excited again . i was wondering if i had made a mistake.

are you sure you are doing bmi correct. you must be very tall. i was 207 and 5 2" and had a bme of 40 or 39 my doctor helped me with insurance i had surgery 1/25/06 yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

susan you make my heart bleed. i to have major medical issues in my family. i am the care taker.giver.. maid... my daughter has grandmal seizures 5 to 10 a day all from taking a depro provera injection 2 weeks before she was married 4 years ago. she has a 2 year old. she her husband and baby live with us. also my husband of 24 years was diagnosed with hypertropic cardiomypolthy. he had a difulator. icd implated 1/12/06. that means no more working at job of 26 years. it seems that each person has a load now days. we believe we are living in the last days. and all look forward to a time of no more pain, sickness and death. prayers do work. lood at me i have not injured myself. which speaks volumns. i'll be thinking of you donna

i had united health care i used spivak in houston my policy went forward and approved in 5 days. and it only cost me a copay of 30 dollars. i am not for sure if we have same policy or not why dont you call dr. spival and get his office to help.

i too used spivak. he does not put anything in your band until the 30 days so you are doing this with no restriction. only because your stomach was swollen. he filled me at 24 days the first fill . i had lost 7 lbs. today i went for the 2nd fill after 3 weeks. i can really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tell the difference this time. it is like night and day. you don't even want to eat. donna i am form livingston where are you from?

i had same fears. now 6 weeks after 1 fill weight is coming off. have patience.

Hey I Also Used Spivak In Houston I Had My Surgery On 1/25/06 Went For My First Fill 3/09/2006 I Had Only Lost 12 I Was Disappointed But Am Now Seeing It Is More Than Being Banded And Alot About Work Excerise And Eating Right.
