I am feeling great I am down 95 lbs since I started my weight loss journey and 56 lbs down since I got sleeved.
I am still in my third month and I have only lost 5 pounds!!!! The first two months was great because I lost over 20 pounds each month.
I am pretty sure it has to do with what I eat. It is sooooo hard for me to eat. I am trying to get to 80 g of protein each day and keep my carb intake as low as 20g a day. When I do eat, I get full for hours and thought of water makes me want to puke so it is hard to drink water as well. I need some advise ..
Is 56 pounds in 2 and half months ok? or am I just crazy?
