hi all i got some new knickers yesterday as old ones keep falling down. wayhay. got size 14 as can get into some size 14 jeans. well they to big too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg some im pleased, tried on for a laugh:laugh: my size 28 skirt fits me and my huppy can fit into now!!! and if in it on my own it falls to the floor:thumbup: lol. Ann x

I had mine done on nhs in may last year. I only waited 6 months from being refered to being banneded. when I need a fill I just ring the hospitial where had band and they fit me in. and are realy helpful good luck Ann x

hi all again Im pleased with myself as on the 2nd of jan I went for my first longest dog walk in TWO YEARS!!!! 90 mins and about 4 - 5 miles. not done it since my back went on me two year ago. so I tried it and done it yay!!! hubby said where am i going as didnt tell him just kept on walking lol. I ached a lot but it was worth it.!!! since then I have done the walk 4 more times. and one of those days was after my 32 lenght swim !!!! anther day 30 mins after we got home . I stood up after having a drink and STEAM WAS COMING FROM MY BACK OMG!!! must have got a sweat on lol. hopefull lost some lbs. after staying the same since aug:sad: sorry for anther long post just pleased with myself again:thumbup: Ann xx

hi all on mon the 5th jan 2009 I reached my goal of 32 lenghts of swimming pool (1/2 mile so I been told). in 45 mins which I think it is good as when I started again in end of june 2008 I could only do 5 lenghts. my aim was to do 20 then passed that with a breeze so said I can do 30. so did 32 but thats my limit. I think going from 5 to 32 in 5 months is good as missed a month due to no money. I have collected enough free swim vouchers to last me till the end of april when they run out!! so no excusses lol sorry its long BUT IM REALLY CHUFFED WITH MYSELF:thumbup: ANN XX

hi debbie sorry to hear your not well. hope you are well enough for the op. I live about 50 miles away from you south lincolnshire, so had a longer car journey than you. I was fine without no pain relief I had my mermory foam pillow inbetween me and the car door incase i got knocked. but was still ok. but everyone is different. Im a real wimp!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. hope you are well soon . good luck for the big day. Ann x

hi all just wanted to share with you all. I started swimming again in june until end aug. now restarted again as got free swiming cupons that will last me until end of jan.( so no excuses for not going) lol anyway what im getting to is that today I just beat my own record. I was doing 20 lengths of pool about 1/2 mile in 60 mins. well today I did 26 lengths in 50 mins and 16 of them was without stopping.:thumbup: (but my arms do ache a bit). as was all done on back stroke. sorry for bragging but im mega pleased with myself:wink_smile: take care al Ann xx

thanks for replys I went into town yesterday. has someone say that someone else had said I bet she had surgery. then someone else commented on weight loss. so looks like i might have to fess up. but only if they ask. as when I was younger my dad always said if you don't ask you don't get. so they can keep all wondering hehe!!!!! its took me 1 year to lose 4 stone. so its not like its happened over night!!!!!!!!! told the one who commented to my face that I have been swimming regually and walking more and biking. as last year couldnt do these things as back was bad and was in wheelchair. so im extra determind to do it!! excuse spelling Ann x

thanks for your replys. I went to friends last night it was her birthday. I couldnt help but show her the label lol to prove to her that they was a 16. told her she can have my old jeans if she wants. as I wont be wanting them again. lol she said oh thanks that makes you smaller than me!!!!!!! so I went away with a smile on my face:laugh: Ann xx

hi all I just found out that one of my friend has found out. about me having band. aparntly she has know some time I only see here the other day and she not mentioned it? so do I drop myself in it and say who told you? as I only told a few people I THOUGHT I COULD TRUST? my own family dont no. well now im not to sure of that either? Im not ashamed of band its just that I thought it was my private life and its up to me who I tell. any thoughts Ann x
