Thinking of you...how you doin' @rs ?

It's challenging to cook off-plan foods for others without tasting it, I feel ya. Most times I used to ask whomever was around for a taste check, other times I'd put it in my mouth then spit it out (if I was checking for done-ness), and still other times I'd just serve it to them un-tasted 🤷🏼♀️. You gotta do what you gotta do. But ya, I wouldn't worry about the accidental "swallow". Since it is the exception so you should be fine ❤️

Still looks good with the jacket on, but with it off I can see the bunching material above and below the belt on the left side. ...that's what we are for! I love the jacket

If you are not adverse to making your own, I've used this recipe and I like it (so does the fam, who are regular carb eaters, lol): https://www.ruled.me/low-carb-tortillas/ 132 cals per serving, 2.1 NET carbs. P.S. You can further lower the calorie and fat content by substituting the butter ingredient in all or in part

A side comment about being sick-looking...I found that immediately after my intentional weight loss (I was at a BMI of 23.2), I looked pretty Skeletor-ish and got my fair share of comments from others. My eyes sockets were dark and sunken, my neck looked sinewy and turkey-ish, the skin in various places looked melted-candle-ish, and I generally had a frail look about me (both as a self-assessment and of the opinion of others whom I trust). Now, I am almost 7 months into maintenance, AND weigh 12 lbs LESS than my Skeletor phase (I'm at a BMI of 21 now), and personally I think (as do others I trust) look soooooo much better. My face has filled out (no more sunken eyes, my cheekbones don't look cadaver-y anymore), my neck lost its turkey look and I am looking surprisingly firmer and stronger all over (except my butt...still working on that, lol). Now, the fact I am eating more carbs, and keep up a regular exercise routine is likely a factor in these changes. So I guess I'm saying that I think we need to let our bodies settle in a while before we decide that a certain weight results in a too sickly look. ...just a thought. P.S. full disclosure though, I am getting an arm lift and side boob fix this week. Though in all honesty, if I hadn't already had this booked and paid for, I *could* consider not having the procedures because I don't hate them with the fire of a thousand suns like I used to...just maybe the one sun now. 😎

Aaaahhh...that helps to explain your fab butt. P.S. I've been sneaking in sprinting intervals in my runs in hopes of getting just a fraction of the lift of yours...LOLOLOLzzz

@Deedee12, you look really good! Now tell me is that proportionally flat tummy of yours a result of the hours at the gym or just good genes?!? I have a feeling you are one of those people whose stomach we will all be jealous of when this is over.... P.S. Your butt is pretty awesome too Edited to add: P.P.S A re-read of what I just posted made me realize that I am totally objectifying your body (and have been with others as well this entire thread!). I hope no one is offended!!! (pls tell me if you are) You all just look soooooooo good ❤️

Yesterday, Sunday, Dec. 15 Maintenance : 5'2" / 1yr PO Sleeve / 115.3 lbs ---------------------------------------- I ate lots of candy and cookies and pistachios yesterday, and generally was eating every couple hours! I consciously chose to eat every single bite. And I enjoyed it. Don't judge me! Reflection Time: I find it interesting that when I eat foods that are not "on plan" (or just larger than normal amounts of food), I feel the need to point it out and let you know that I know it's off-plan, or that it's alot of food. Like I have to justify my food choices to the masses or something. I don't want to feel that I have do that anymore...am now working on it. ---------------------------------------- 10:30am - Coffee-Tea-Cayenne w/ stevia 12:30pm - Steak Bene (2 oz sirloin steak + 1.5 poached eggs w/ hollandaise + 1/4 cup cubed melons + 1/8 cup spring mix w/ mango dressing + 1/2 slice bacon + 1/4 of a breakfast sausage + 3 assorted deluxe Christmas gift box cookies 3:00pm - salad w/ vinaigrette + 1 slice bacon + 1/2 tbsp parm cheese + 1 fried egg in avocado oil + 1/2 slice pecan pie + 1 tbsp whipped cream + 1/2 tbsp caramel sauce 5:00pm - 1/4 cup cottage cheese + 1/2 fl oz pumpkin seeds + 1 tbsp dried cranberries + 1 tbsp sliced almonds + 2 oz blueberries 8:00pm - salad w/ vinaigrette + 1/2 an avocado + 1/4 cup tuna salad (tuna + mayo + celery + spices) + 1/2 cup oven roasted cauliflower + 1/8 cup crispy fried onions + 1/2 cup shelled pistachios + 4 assorted deluxe Christmas gift box cookies + 3 oz candied ginger 10:00pm - 1:30am - 4 oz candied ginger + 1.5 cups shelled pistachios + 1 Kinder Advent Calendar mini egg. ---------------------------------------- Totals: 2975 cals - 82g Protein - 351g NET carbs - 140g fat

Wow, 2 hours? I have to force myself to do a measly 15 minutes! LOL. What kind of weight training do you do?

Do you get a chance to get outside for some air and sunshine? (preferably in a nature-y place vs. a sidewalk or busy place) It may help diffuse the blahs.... P.S. sending you good vibes and get well thoughts...

Had brunch with the fam this morning too! Here's my plate: Steak Bene w/ sides of salad, fruit & potatoes. Mr & the Kid ate whatever potatoes are missing from the plate as well as that prime piece of bacon when I wasn't looking! ....and after I took this pic, they ate what was left of the steak, egg and potatoes. -

I don't think they called it a lift in anyway, on the procedure listing is was just plain old "breast reduction". It was covered by provincial insurance so I didn't really have a choice. Though looking back I probably should have asked for a different technique. They used the lollipop incision which results in a higher nipple placement yes, but has a bulbous look at the lower part of the boob. Now that I lost a lot of weight, that bulbous look is gone (they just look deflated) but my nipples are still nice and high. So they don't look like regular droopy boobs, but still not the greatest. Next week I am getting my arm lift and what is listed on the procedure listing as a "breast reduction revision", basically its to remove the excess skin on my side boob, but will also address the under nipple boob sag in the process.

Yesterday, Friday, Dec. 13 Maintenance : 5'2" / 1yr PO Sleeve / 115.3 lbs ---------------------------------------- Didn't eat much during the day yesterday...was picking at a Ginormous Salad all afternoon, but by dinnertime what was left was too soggy to be appetizing, so I tossed it (SACRILEGE!!). Went out with Mr, BFF and Mr.BFF last night to a dive bar that was having a Kareoke night, and got myself good and toasted for a swing at the mic. Then they had probs with the sound system so I was NOT able to belt out my rendition of Titanium. Bummed! So we played drunk tipsy pool instead. Good Times. Well, at least it was until I had the bright idea of ordering a round of B-52 shots and a slice of warm apple pie with ice cream because I saw a waitress walk by with a tray of it for the group beside us. It was not pretty 45 mins later. To add insult to injury, I didn't go for a run for a pick-me-up this morning as its raining . If I can get my lazy ass to the gym later, I'll get a run in on the treadmill. P.S. I just asked Mr. what he thought about buying a treadmill, and he's all "NO, come on let's go to the gym" 🙄 ---------------------------------------- 9:30am - Coffee-Tea-Cayenne w/ stevia 12:00pm to 6:00pm - about 1/2 in total of my Ginormous Salad which originally consisted of: salad w/ vinaigrette + carrots + cucumber + 1 avocado + 3 oz pan fried chicken 9:00pm to 2:00am - 4 buffalo chicken wings w/ 2 tbsp blue cheese dip & 1 tbsp hot sauce 4 carrot spears 1/2 skewer pork souvlaki w/ 2 tbsp tzatziki 2 onion rings 2 gin and sodas w/ extra lime 2 tequila shots 1/2 slice warm apple pie w/ 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream 1 B-52 shot ---------------------------------------- Totals: 1987 cals - 83g Protein - 89g NET carbs - 91g fat

I had a breast reduction almost 15 years ago. I lost sensation immediately on my nipples and was pretty bummed. About 2-3 years later I too started feeling those little twitches of pain, tingling, but mostly ITCHING. This went on, I think, for about a year or so. Then the itching stopped and I could feel them again, just like before the reduction. Soooo its possible you can get the full feeling back years down the road.

Just checking, but according to your side profile you were sleeved 10 days ago? Has your team cleared you for solid foods? P.S. At 10 days post op I was just carrying around protein powder and a shaker bottle in my purse...

@FluffyChix got me all salad-jonesing, so I went and fixed myself a Ginormous Salad too! This sucker is a whopping 383 calories (majority of which is from the avocado, yum) and I was literally giddy to sit down and eat it. To my great disappointment, I barely made a dent. This is what it looks like almost 2 hours later....just not feeling it today! On the bright side, Mr. and I are going out with friends tonite so that means more room for tequila, right? 383 calories - 22g protein - 10g NET carbs - 25g fat
