  2. Maybe wear a sports bra with a very wide band? Or maybe a thin t-tshirt/tank camisole UNDER your bra? (yeah this one weird, but could work, lol) You could also try this...Mr. uses this on various body parts when he runs/rides/swims, and I used to use it to combat thigh chaffing when I was heavier: https://www.bodyglide.com/product/body/

I think the sugar-free-ness of them makes me think I can eat them like whenever.   8. Nice. Though I've read that the longer you wear them (if you can stand it) the better...? I have started to grow fond of mine, when I take them off to shower I just feel weird. I'm itchin' to build up some abs too!! Don't tell my surgeon but I've been doing mini crunches in bed, lol. Is your swelling all gone?

    Sweet Tooth

    I sort of did. I was never a sweets person (I always preferred salty stuff). Since about 4-5 months post WLS, I began to realllllly like dessert, LOL. I was recently gifted a whole bunch of sugar-free candy...maybe that would help a little?

    Boo on the discomfort/weepiness/soreness/back-to-jogging-pants-ness. I'd be annoyed too. Though there ain't nothing wrong with some Dr. prescribed relaxing! Kick you feet up and have BF meal prep for YOU! Hope you feel better soon....โค๏ธ P.S. I find walking outside always makes everything feel a little bit better...
  12. Today's first meal of day. Its the first time in 2+ weeks that I had to fix myself my own food. I've been milking the "getting-waited-on" from Mr. since PS. I guess that's over now, LOL Salad w/ vinaigrette + cucumbers + 1/2 oz almonds + Roasted Brussel Sprouts w/ Bacon (5 oz brussel sprouts + 2 slices bacon + garlic powder) 274 cals - 15g protein + 12g NET carbs + 17g fat

    Sadly, yes it was crowded. My stomach was gurgling like a volcano and I was letting out lotsa farts before the trip to the toilet, but the movie audio was pretty loud, and the Kid said she didn't hear any noises coming from me But the washroom was cavernous and had an echo effect. Yikes.

However. The Kid snuck in some caramel coated popcorn which I figured I could eat..NOPE. I had about maybe 2 handfuls and the poop fairies came back with vengeance 30-40 minutes later. I was diarrhea-ing in a PUBLIC BATHROOM and my attempts to be quiet about it were for naught. OMG so embarrassing. Needless to say I missed about 1/2 a hour of the movie. It was Little Women, so I knew what happens, but still. Shoulda just stuck with the regular popcorn.     Yesterday, Saturday, Jan. 4 Maintenance : 5'2" / 1yr PO Sleeve / 115.1 lbs ---------------------------------------- A couple of Mr's bros were over last night, and we had some serious late nite snacking going on including some VERY filling meatloaf. Went to bed with a relatively full stomach and this morning, I'm feeling so bloated it is NOT pleasant! I seriously feel like I'm still full from last night. Yuck. Was hoping for visit from the poop fairy for some relief, but alas, no luck. I attempted to go for a a short walk this morning to maybe move things along, but the sidewalks are way to slick and icy, so had to turn back after a couple of minutes. Taking the Kid to go see Little Women this afternoon and was totally looking forward to sharing a bag of movie popcorn with her (haven't had movie popcorn w/ butter since pre-op).
