Sadly, yes it was crowded. My stomach was gurgling like a volcano and I was letting out lotsa farts before the trip to the toilet, but the movie audio was pretty loud, and the Kid said she didn't hear any noises coming from me But the washroom was cavernous and had an echo effect. Yikes.

    Daily Menus for Maintenance

Yesterday, Sunday, Jan. 5 Maintenance : 5'2" / 1yr PO Sleeve / 113 lbs ---------------------------------------- Poop fairies came just in time to relive me of my bloated-ness so I went ahead and got some movie popcorn! However. The Kid snuck in some caramel coated popcorn which I figured I could eat..NOPE. I had about maybe 2 handfuls and the poop fairies came back with vengeance 30-40 minutes later. I was diarrhea-ing in a PUBLIC BATHROOM and my attempts to be quiet about it were for naught. OMG so embarrassing. Needless to say I missed about 1/2 a hour of the movie. It was Little Women, so I knew what happens, but still. Shoulda just stuck with the regular popcorn. Daily Menus for Maintenance

Yesterday, Saturday, Jan. 4 Maintenance : 5'2" / 1yr PO Sleeve / 115.1 lbs ---------------------------------------- A couple of Mr's bros were over last night, and we had some serious late nite snacking going on including some VERY filling meatloaf. Went to bed with a relatively full stomach and this morning, I'm feeling so bloated it is NOT pleasant! I seriously feel like I'm still full from last night. Yuck. Was hoping for visit from the poop fairy for some relief, but alas, no luck. I attempted to go for a a short walk this morning to maybe move things along, but the sidewalks are way to slick and icy, so had to turn back after a couple of minutes. Taking the Kid to go see Little Women this afternoon and was totally looking forward to sharing a bag of movie popcorn with her (haven't had movie popcorn w/ butter since pre-op). If I don't empty my insides by then, she's gonna be on her own (with the popcorn, I mean, LOL). ---------------------------------------- 9:30am - coffee-cayenne coffee w/ stevia 1:30pm - salad w/ vinaigrette + carrots + cucumber + 3.5 oz avocado + 2 oz grilled chicken + 1 Keto Flax ChocLin cookie + 1 sugar free Russel Stover chocolate coconut snack 3:30pm - 3 low-carb baked bagel crackers + 1 tbsp peppercorn paté + 3 mini spring rolls + 3 oz deluxe mixed nuts 7:30pm - salad w/ vinaigrette + carrots + cucumber + 1 fillet pan fried cod + 2 oz squid ink pasta SANS pasta 10:30pm to 1:30am 1/2 cup chocolate peanut butter protein ice cream 1/2 fl oz pumpkin seeds 2 oz candied ginger 4 oz meatloaf w/ 2 tbsp bbq sauce w/ 1/8 cup fried onions 2 shots lemoncello ---------------------------------------- Totals: 2543 cals - 133g Protein - 155g NET carbs - 136g fat

yeah, the 3/4 length-sleeved thingee is my arm compression garment, and I'm wearing a sports bra over it. Edited to add: I wouldn't actually go out of the house dressed like this...I forgot to put a shirt on when I took this pic, LOLLOLOLzzzz

    OOTD

So a couple weeks before xmas I ordered a pair of these faux leather leggings after I saw the awesome pic @BayougirlMrsS posted of herself wearing a pair. They were delivered just after I got my PS done so I hadn't had a chance to try them on... until today! I've still got my compression garments on so you can see the outline of my stomach binder through the material, but all in all I love 'em! Totally looking forward to actually wearing them outside of the house as soon as my swelling goes down (right now from the side I look about 3 months pregnant). I put on a pair of boots just for this picture, but duh, I failed to put a shirt on to cover my upper body compression garments. Though the end result made me look and feel like a super-hero or something, LOL...just need a mask and a cool comic book name...

    Oh, Just Another Plastics Story

LOL, another crossing to the dark side! That was quiet, alright. Congrats!!
  15. Got a basket of presents from Mr. today: flowers, a new salad bowl and pile of low-carb foods. He knows me so well, LOL. I knew there was a reason why I married him.... Here are the BEFORE pics (I figure it will take me months to get through all of it, so no AFTER pics at this point...): So far I've tried all the chocolates (all except the caramel pecan are delicious and taste the same as "regular" chocolates...I find the caramel pecan chocolates to be way too sweet and the caramel to be on the hard side); the flax cookies (a little too dry, will likely make a pie crust out of them); and the bagel chips (wish they were a little thinner, but great with paté).

Oops, forgot to add the cheesecake macros to the original total. Updated total below (now the calorie counts sounds more realistic, lol) Totals: 2023 cals - 116g Protein - 128g NET carbs - 85g fat
  18. I'm 1 year, 3 months out. With the exception of the hamburger patty with no bun, I haven't attempted any of the other foods listed, so I have no idea...(and honestly I don't really care to find out, lol) But I could definitely eat an entire plain 4oz hamburger patty with some salad greens comfortably in about 45 minutes.

Love your style @Arabesque, I'd totally wear everything you posted here! Also, I've been watching the news about the fires...I sincerely hope it gets under control soon. Seeing the smoke infiltrating the CBD scary. Are they giving the city dwellers any instructions or warnings at this point?
  21. This morning I woke up to some SERIOUS itching along my tummy incision line. OMG it was unbearable, I popped two Benedryl and by the time I finished my morning coffee it was gone. So I got to thinking that the itching is maybe the nerves are reconnecting? Early on PO, my arms itched like crazy. Now I realize that they are not itchy anymore AND they don't feel numb anymore either. So I went poking around on my abdomen, and yeah, there are some parts where I can actually feel again. So maybe itching is a good thing then? @rs @mousecat88 @sillykitty @catwoman7 @okayestmom Do you guys notice this as well? P.S. My boobs on the other hand, have not itched nor felt numb at all. P.P.S. I wore regular pants yesterday! I looked about 3 months pregnant, but whatevs.

    Daily Menus for Maintenance

Yesterday, Friday, Jan. 3 Maintenance : 5'2" / 1yr PO Sleeve / 111.9 lbs ---------------------------------------- Lunch was at a new fancy Japanese restaurant that recently opened near our place, and then later we went out to dinner with Mr. & friends. I was really happy to be able to go out and about, after being stuck at home for the past 2.5 weeks (well, except for our annual 3-day xmas-party bender, but those parties were with famlly at various homes...so they don't count, LOL) Got nice and drunk at dinner and ate my fill of both regular and sugar-free desserts. My current low-ish weight sort of made me feel I had carte-blanche to eat whatever, but at the end of the day I didn't even rack up as much cals as I thought I would...may or may not not be a good thing.... ---------------------------------------- 11:00am - coffee-cayenne coffee w/ stevia + green tea 2:00pm - 1 cup seafood soup (broth w/ lobster, scallop, mushrooms, crab, clam) + 1/2 cup truffle edamame + 1/4 fillet tempura cod + 2 tbsp Takowasabi w/ 2 peices of seaweed snack wraps (Takowasabi: chopped raw octopus w/ wasabi sauce) 4:00pm - salad w/ vinaigrette + 3.5 oz grilled chicken + 1 Keto Flax ChocLin cookie 7:30pm to 12:00am 1 cranberry martini w/ 2 maraschino cherries 1/2 cup salad greens w/ olive oil 1 bite of baguette bread dipped in oil and balsamic (I logged it as 1 fl oz of bread, LOL) 4 oz steak 2 truffle french fries 1 coffee w/ baileys 1 slice lemon cheesecake 1 lemoncello 1/2 sour apple martini 1/2 lemonade & tequila 1 tequila shot 1 Lindt Lindor Hazelnut Truffle 1:00am - 4 oz steak (I ate the leftovers I planned to take home!) 3:00am: 1/2 cup cottage cheese + blueberries + pumpkin seeds + cashews + almonds 1 sugar free Reese's cup 1 sugar free Russel Stover chocolate mint patty 1 sugar free Russel Stover chocolate coconut snack 1 sugar free Russel Stover caramel pecan snack ---------------------------------------- Totals: 1680 cals - 112g Protein - 99g NET carbs - 63g fat

    Moving over here Now!

@AJ Tylo I think you already look great in the picture. You would probably still look great 15 lbs lighter. But really, all that matters is what YOU think. Let the words of those people who tell you that you are too skinny or tell you that should lose more weight roll off your back. If you are happy where you are (and can sustain in) then stay. It sounds to me that you don't really have to try either way so maybe just do your thing as you see fit and you can always adjust if/when you need to. You look great dude. Seriously. P.S. something also to keep in mind is that 15 lbs of muscle looks totally different from 15 lbs of fat....
