  1. Tummy pics? (please?, lol) Do you find that the skin in the area that connects your torso to your thighs to be tight? I can feel my skin tighten alot there when I push my pelvis forward. Wondering if its just me... BTW, your recent arm pics are awesome. You got some guns, love em! I've always longingly looked at the women with nice toned shoulders and arms. Even when I was thin I never had toned arms. Things are different now 😎
  2. No, none at all (but we are all different!). The only thing that doesn't agree with me in term of ill effects are large amounts of sugar at one time.

    Yesterday, Tuesday, Jan. 7 Maintenance : 5'2" / 1yr PO Sleeve / 113.3 lbs ---------------------------------------- The sugar free chocolates bonanza continued yesterday. The good news is I finished all my fave ones so I can't eat any more of them. The bad news is I finished all my fave ones so I can't eat any more of them. Went out for wings and drinks with BFF last night, and I got toasted on 1 vodka caesar, probably due to drinking it way too fast on an empty stomach (plus it was a double). Only managed to eat 3 wings at the bar. BUT i had 3 more as a late nite snack later on among other things... I think I'm going through a sweetness binge... ---------------------------------------- 8:00am - coffee-cayenne w/ stevia 11:30pm - salad w/ vinaigrette + 2 grape tomatoes + 1 tbsp tomato onion tuna + 3 oz grilled chicken + 2 oz baked ham 3:30pm - 1/3 cup cottage cheese + 1/2 fl oz pumpkin seeds + 1 oz blueberries + 4 pieces Russel Stover sugar-free chocolates + 1 sugar-free Reese's mini Peanut Butter cup + 4 dark chocolate covered coffee beans (NOT the sugar free kind) 9:30pm - 1 vodka caesar (approx 24 oz) + 3 naked chicken wings + 1 tbsp blue cheese dip. 1:30am - 3 naked chicken wings + 1 tbsp blue cheese dip + 1 cup chocolate peanut butter protein ice cream + 10 almonds + 1 sugar-free Reese's mini Peanut Butter cup ---------------------------------------- Totals: 1715 cals - 121g Protein - 125g NET carbs - 87g fat

    Nope no dumping...the most I had at one time was 5 though, and spread out over 30-40 minutes. If I ate more, or ate them faster, I may. But let's not try to find out, LOL.

    Assorted Russel Stover chocolates + Mini Reese's peanut butter cups. I already ate up ALL the chocolate covered coconut and the chocolate mint patty ones (my faves). I've still got 1/2 the package of the Reese's (there were alot in the bag). Still got lots of the Russel Stover truffles and caramel pecan ones they are yum, but not delish.

    @chayarg : yeah, sounds like dumping to me too. I dunno if its the quick succession or the fasting or what, but the symptoms def sound like dumping. Only way to know for sure is to try isolate and try again, though I get if you don't want to do that...dumping is death. How are you feeling today? Are you attempting another fast today?
  7. That sounds like a feat at 7 days! It's good you are letting your team know what you are up to. How tall and heavy are you?
  8. First taste of alcohol was 1 month post-op, lol. Wasn't much though. Started drinking semi-regularly again once in maintenance (7 months po). Coffee, on the other hand. Was drinking decaf every day for first 1-2 months, then regular ever since. I can't live without coffee. Or salad.

  12. Maybe wear a sports bra with a very wide band? Or maybe a thin t-tshirt/tank camisole UNDER your bra? (yeah this one weird, but could work, lol) You could also try this...Mr. uses this on various body parts when he runs/rides/swims, and I used to use it to combat thigh chaffing when I was heavier: https://www.bodyglide.com/product/body/

  18. Nice. Though I've read that the longer you wear them (if you can stand it) the better...? I have started to grow fond of mine, when I take them off to shower I just feel weird. I'm itchin' to build up some abs too!! Don't tell my surgeon but I've been doing mini crunches in bed, lol. Is your swelling all gone?

    I sort of did. I was never a sweets person (I always preferred salty stuff). Since about 4-5 months post WLS, I began to realllllly like dessert, LOL. I was recently gifted a whole bunch of sugar-free candy...maybe that would help a little?

    Boo on the discomfort/weepiness/soreness/back-to-jogging-pants-ness. I'd be annoyed too. Though there ain't nothing wrong with some Dr. prescribed relaxing! Kick you feet up and have BF meal prep for YOU! Hope you feel better soon....❤️ P.S. I find walking outside always makes everything feel a little bit better...
  22. Today's first meal of day. Its the first time in 2+ weeks that I had to fix myself my own food. I've been milking the "getting-waited-on" from Mr. since PS. I guess that's over now, LOL Salad w/ vinaigrette + cucumbers + 1/2 oz almonds + Roasted Brussel Sprouts w/ Bacon (5 oz brussel sprouts + 2 slices bacon + garlic powder) 274 cals - 15g protein + 12g NET carbs + 17g fat
