i have been post surgery for approx 3 months and dropped off nearly 84lbs how have you been going have you had surgery as yet

excellent well for days after surgery i am already 15 lbs lighter

gotta love that lol

congratz on ur band as well .. yes we def. should keep in touch and see how our progress compares .. best of luck!
