RENPHO SCALE RESULTS - can someone help me interpret the results
New&Improved replied to New&Improved's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yes it would have been handy to have from the beginning. And no it's really straight forward just uses Bluetooth on your Phone and the app to connect and show the results and it can keep track of all your RESULTS. @Lily66 yes now I've lost all the weight I want to add muscle tone -

Yeah Amazon is the way to go just ordered these scales didn't have to leave home. First weigh in with new scales it's a habit I weight myself most days -

Yea don't stress about exercise just yet mate just take your time getting in your protein and water and relax mate. I started at 322 but by surgery I was 257 and now I'm around 165-168 most days but I had bypass because I knew I needed to lose alot of weight and it has been amazing and I have not done much exercise either it was mostly low calories.

MAY-JUNE-JULY 2020 BYPASSERS UNITE!! Veterans Welcome too!
New&Improved replied to MaybeMeow's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
It's perfectly fine to be apprehensive. I just want to share with you my journey I had my surgery 7 months ago gastric bypass surgeon did 120cm. It was the best decision ever and like I hardly crave food anymore literally some days I don't even think about food so you won't miss it as much as you think... After a few months you'll be able to eat more normal food anyway but protein is most important for your recovery. I think I've been quite lucky with no issues or complications at all and losing weight pretty quickly.. Also 70lbs isn't that much I've lost over 150lbs now and maintaining well. You will eventually be able to introduce certain food into your diet but still being mindful of the calorie content :) Trust me you won't REGRET it at all Mike -
Nothing wrong with going back to basics and fluids I'm 7 months post op bypass and some days I still use protein shakes

Depends on your budget ? But if you're talking about camping and off road trails I suggest a decent mountain bike with gears. My favourite here in Australia is a brand called Avanti. Very sturdy and mid range prices around $500+\-
