I am looking forward to my first/consultation appointment with my Dr and Nutritionist on Dec 11th. I've been having weight issues, yo-yo dieting, beginning and ending and starting back up to exercises and going to the gyms. I had joined WW and countless other programs as well doing things on my own. Having some successes only to fail and gain back what I had lost and even this last time around, to the point that I got fed up and just felt miserable. I was at my heaviest in my at 270 lbs. I lost wight from that and I currently weigh 246.
