Hello everyone I'm new here but 6 years post-op my highest in 9/2012 I was at 345 went down to 220 in 3 years. Got pregnant in 2015 and i have gained 45lbs and its been hard to get back to loosing weight. Anyone done the pouch test diet? Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
