YASSSSS! I am a tabasco, sriracha, Franks, Cholula kind of girl and have already put some in my broth at 1 week out. I grow Habaneros and tabasco peppers and love jalapenos. I do not need higher level heat,I'm happy right here. So far no issues. Looking forward to lubing my soft goods with hot sauces!

Can I just tell you that if I had a man that paid as much attention to me as you seem to do for your wife, I'd be so freaking in love and happy I'd never leave? Well that sucks! And is clearly his loss, as you are also CLEARLY a strong, kick-ass woman who just scoffed at him trying to emotionally undermine you and went for it anyway. Fage is the SHITT to those of us with sweetener/sweet problems. You can put any flavor into it so you can decide how much of any flavor works for you. I'm gonna try sriracha next!!! 🙂
