I have Cigna and they do not just say on our ins that they cover bariatric surgery. There is a part that says you may be covered if your bmi is 40 or over and a couple other things. Cigna denied me for surgery. They said the surgeons office didn't send what they needed. Now the nurse won't be back to July 2nd and I do not know what to do. I feel like the surgeons office just left me sitting here. Any suggestions? Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app
