Thanks. I do need to work on my water intake. I actually woke up this morning and saw that I gained 1lb from yesterday and honestly have no clue why because all I consumed was protein and veggies yesterday in small amounts every few hours. I could have drank more water but still all I did drink was water yesterday. Probably not as much as I need to. So weird that I gained though. O well. I'll just keep doing my best.
