    I think people get confused by good carbs and bad carbs. Nothing you listed above seems unhealthy to me. My drs advice after surgery was that as long as I get in 60 grams of protein there was no restrictions on my diet. Healthy carbs are good and fiber is good too. Without it I get very stopped up
