Im very comfortable with my band after 2 months of experimenting with it...lol.... Right now im exercising 3 times a week which is a good start since I havent been doing it for years!(30 min of cardio and 45mins of weight lifting). I havent really calculated my protein intake and water, well, lets jus say im beginning to like it enough to drink it primarily most of the day..... Thanks for the replies and insight on ur success!!
