    I'm doing alright...I've been slacking a little bit lately so I really haven't lost anything in a few weeks...I'm trying to get my mojo back so I can lose 40 more lbs to hit 100 down!

    I pretty much have the same routine as you do, I jog 2 miles M-F and I do my workouts Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday...

     

    I've kinda hit a plateau point right now on the weightloss so I'm trying to see what I can change/switch up...oye! LOL!

  20. Good morning... Could you all give me some good food ideas...I feel like I'm getting stuck eating the same old same and it's getting real boring for me! I'm also having a hard time getting enough calories in...I find it pretty hard to get in over 600-700 w/o snacking or eating unhealthy items. What's on your menu? :thumbup:
