Brina My discomfort was when I started eating. When I stopped it went away. It would start as soon as I swallowed something. This wasn't the eatiing too much or too fast thing. This was something new. I didn't notice it today, so maybe its over. -

Did everyone come out undamaged from the weather? There's a new thing happening. Yesterday and today when I eat, there's a little discomfort just below the lower end of my sternum. It's not pain and on a scale of 1 - 10 for pain, it would be a 1, if that. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Jackie -

The meeting was really good. Enjoyed the speaker very much. Due to an unexpected system conversion at work, I have to cancel my appointment on December 9 at 1:00 . I'm calling as soon as I finish this post. -

I'm not doing good with exercise or food. I can't eat first thing in the morning. I have my protein drink and it takes about 30 minutes to get that down. Then some where between 9:30 and 10:30 I'll usually have a yogurt; lunch at 11:30, yogurt around 2:30 or 3:00; supper at 5:30 or 6:00; and a few nuts a little later. It seems like I stay hungry from lunch until I go to bed. I wonder too if I've got a leak, but why would it still be tight in the mornings???? At least I'd lost a pound last month. I was afraid that I'd gained. I've got to straighten out or I'll be gaining back some of what I've lost! :) -

Just bought the Wii Fit. I'm going to try doing that also. Maybe between the Y and the Wii I'll be able to keep up with the exercise. Got it as a Christmas gift for my son and his family also. -

Hi, everyone. It's been a while since I've looked in, much less posted. This is the time of year that I'm gone most of the time on the weekends - and the weekdays - well, we won't go into that! I've got to confess, my trips to the Y have been dropped to none lately. I've GOT to get back! I'm not eating quite like I should either, but at least I've not gained. I only lost one pound at my last fill, but I'd also been out of town three weekends out of four just prior to the fill appointment. It's just so hard to eat right on the road. I missed the last meeting (was out of town), but plan on going to the next one. Hope to see everyone there. -

Got 1cc last Thursday. Had to go back yesterday and get half of it taken out. Couldn't eat - could barely drink. Lost 8.6 pounds during that time. Thank goodness I'm now back on track! Don't think this is the "sweet spot" but I think we're very close. -

Got a 1cc fill yesterday. Whoa, buddy! Talk about tight - just saying - not complaining! I can tell a BIG difference this time. Now maybe things will start happening a lot faster! Can't wait for our get-together! -

I have a lot of limbs down in my yard. One from my neighbor's pecan tree just barely missed my electric and cable lines. Whew!!! Did everyone get the invitation to the support group meeting? Are you going? I can't wait! -

Well, made it to the Y again in the morning! I still like mornings better. At least I don't have to commute to work this morning since I'm telecommuting. I'm having the same weight and food problems as Leslie. Maybe I need to track calories for a couple of days to see exactly how many I'm taking in. I'd lost down to my lowest weight in years earlier in the week, but now I'm back up to what my average has been for several, several days. So discouraging! Oh, well, have a good day everyone and a great weekend! -

I'm going to try to be there about the same time tomorrow (but I make no promises). Since I'm not coming down to Pelham tomorrw morning I shouldn't be as rushed, but I'd like to go about the time I would go on a normal week day morning so I can get that habit established. I've got to take my mother to Palmyra's pain clinic tomorrow at noon so I won't be going into work. I'll telecommute some in the morning and again in the afternoon after I get her back home. The problem is she lives in Sylvester so its . . . Albany to Sylvester - Sylvester to Albany - Albany to Sylvester - and finally Sylvester to Albany. I'll drive as far tomorrow as I would if I commuted to Pelham to work. I'll look for y'all in the morning!:tongue_smilie:
