Has anyone else experienced this my family can eat something or be eating something and it will make me so nauseous??? It’s horrible? Does it get better?

I just hope something will smell good eventually!!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Surgery on 1/14 so glad the soreness is almost gone but I dread drinking my protein shakes I look at those two ounces like it’s the biggest mountain every morning and night.... I do soup for lunch not at bad..... Water and me do really well but protein is not friend anyone have any tips? That have help them? I can’t move on to my next stage till next Saturday so I’m open to any help I just get so full so fast!!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Pain management

I’m able to swallow them whole I just thought it was strange, thank everyone so much for the responses!!!! I have only had to take them twice. Walking and showers have been my main form of pain/soreness relief. I did have the spasms twice woke up with them in the middle of the night and I took the meds but trying to use alternative methods for any discomfort.

I have completed all my requirements with my program, my pre-op is December 28th, liquid diet starts the 31st and surgery is set for January 14th, but I don’t have insurance approval.... Is this standard practice? I’m confused by this? The coordinator stated she would submit the paperwork to Highmark BCBS PA last week I called they haven’t received it, is this normal? I just am worried I have set up to be off work for two weeks and am planning everything around a surgery date with no insurance approval.....Can anyone let me know if this is normal or how long approval takes? Should I be concerned?

Approved by Highmark PA surgery is officially January 14 on day 5 on my liquid diet!!!!! Sooooo nervous but excited to have a chance to get off some of these meds!!!!

Omg thank you so much!!! I’ll call tomorrow! I actually have pseudo tumor cerebri and im at maximum on my meds so I have a legit reason it needs to be expedited! I’m an RN I know all of the medical side but insurance I’m so clueless about! Thank you so much!!!
