is December 11 (my birthday). I'm excited and nervous, it is getting real now.

I'm looking forward to my surgery this coming Monday! I celebrated with a much overdue pedicure and splurged for the good one lol. I'm so greatful for you guys because I'm not alone in this anymore! I have a whole community of ppl who understand and can support me. I have found a couple of Amazing people already and even found someone having surgery the same day as me lol!!! Thanks guys, today is a good day.

I made it thru my 6 month observations!! Everything looks good and now everything is being submitted to the insurance. Continuing my dieting but I'm so excited. Just holding my breath until the insurance comes back!!!! My scheduler said that I am looking at an early January date!! Wish it was sooner but beggars can't be choosers. SOOOO EXCITED!!!

There are these chairs at work that someone should really just throw out. They have "arm rests" that are the wrong height (which is only a little offensive) , and those "arm rests" make them impossible for people of a certain girth to sit in (which is very offensive).
I can now sit in them. ... I still very much think they should be thrown out, because they're exclusionary, but they no longer exclude me, which is a small victory.
