My calories are higher around 1300 average but I'm very active. I was kind of dizzy at some point but going higher it stopped the dizziness.

How long have was your longest stall??
salsalawyer replied to Leo85's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Stays can be frustrating. the thing that popped into my mind was food tracking, protein, and water intake. Despite the recent point of my surgery, I have seen the water and calorie intake jumpstart the loss. If your body thinks it's starving or dehydrated, it will hold on to weight. Please track your calorie, protein and water intake. Also, keep track of your body measurements, even if the scale may be slow in weight loss you be losing inches. Good luck! -

For those who had temporary "buyers remorse"
salsalawyer replied to Rexcom's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Still early for me. I had an idea surgery experience, by God's grace, and I'm less than a month out. But none so far. -
