I drank after two months. I was so nervous at a huge work Christmas party I seriously needed to lighten up so I ordered a white Russian stomach was a champ it takes so long to drink lol you'll be so fine. Dont drink Carbonation forsure. Ever. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

Sugar free crystal light is a good idea haha I drink white Russians and bloody Mary's. It's the only thing my stomach has zero issues with. I'm 5 months, I had my first drink after 2 months. Definitely Google drink ideas. The sugar wasnt a huge concern for me because theres more in fruit so I just picked what tasted good and didnt change how I felt. Side note. I get buzzed slower... but then suddenly just drunk fast. It's so weird. I'll feel nothing ...nothing....nothing. bam! Drunk lol careful. Also never ever drive. Ever. Goodluck. I miss champagne so bad. But not bad enough to try it. Carbonation is awful for our tummies Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

I'm in a super stall and it's so sad over a month and the scale goes up and down 2 pounds lol I'm at 5 months started at 265 I'm stuck between 212 and 214 I so badly want to see 199 lol I was a size 22 pants I'm now a 14 so I'm happy. But totally feeling the same way. My sister said "eat more" drink more water and start walking or being active. Eating more never sounds appealing I was thinking about doing a 3 day shakes only reset? I dont know. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

6 weeks it was a Christmas party that I was nervous about so I ordered a white Russian. It took over an hour to drink. I've drank a few times in my 4 months. I always order white Russians since my body didnt reject it. I'm a cheap date 2-3 drinks will last 3-5 hours sipping on it. I ordered single shot in a pounder glass. I use to love bloody Mary's. One sip and I wanted to puke it tasted terrible. Haha anyway if you're gonna try anything go less booze bigger glass. Cheers! Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
