Sugar free crystal light is a good idea haha I drink white Russians and bloody Mary's. It's the only thing my stomach has zero issues with. I'm 5 months, I had my first drink after 2 months. Definitely Google drink ideas. The sugar wasnt a huge concern for me because theres more in fruit so I just picked what tasted good and didnt change how I felt. Side note. I get buzzed slower... but then suddenly just drunk fast. It's so weird. I'll feel nothing ...nothing....nothing. bam! Drunk lol careful. Also never ever drive. Ever. Goodluck. I miss champagne so bad. But not bad enough to try it. Carbonation is awful for our tummies Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

But totally feeling the same way. My sister said "eat more" drink more water and start walking or being active. Eating more never sounds appealing I was thinking about doing a 3 day shakes only reset? I dont know. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

6 weeks it was a Christmas party that I was nervous about so I ordered a white Russian. It took over an hour to drink. I've drank a few times in my 4 months. I always order white Russians since my body didnt reject it. I'm a cheap date 2-3 drinks will last 3-5 hours sipping on it. I ordered single shot in a pounder glass. I use to love bloody Mary's. One sip and I wanted to puke it tasted terrible. Haha anyway if you're gonna try anything go less booze bigger glass. Cheers! Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

I was scared because correct me if I'm wrong. Seriously please do. I'm 4 months post op. 5'3 265 pre op today I'm 215 down 50 in under 4 months. Wahoo! I haven't started hitting the gym yet because I own my own cleaning company and I am constantly moving and doing a lot of manual labor so I feel pretty exhausted for the most part. Early mornings, long days & sometimes nights. But regardless of that part. My biggest fear was burning way more than I eat. Is it true it's not healthy for me to burn so much more than I eat? Plus I burn alot at work? My client is begging me to join orange theory. My soul wants to. I'm scared. I like what Jon said about needing someone to just tell you what to do. That genuinely sounds terrible! I feared that for myself. I rely on my income. So I was giving myself mini panic attacks before surgery. What if I'm sick all the time etc. Is this worth it. If I sat at a desk I'd feel a tad better about it. But I'm always moving. I'm so sorry for you. I spent 3 months on YouTube pre op. Watching people like you come out of not so pleasant beginnings. So I assure you'll feel better soon. I just hope sooner than later Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app -

That's awesome! I lost nothing on my 2 week liquid pre op. I have no thyroid either. The struggle has been real. I feel very good. THANK GOD because my job is hard and I have to make money. I'm 5'3 super short haha so I'm just a short chunk. My face has thinned out the most. I'm so happy for your loss!!! Are you feeling proud and good? So the first 3 months I sucked at eating real foods. I was content with shakes. Now I'm feeling like i have hunger and I crave more foods. I was hoping that was gone. Lol nope it's back. I have been following basically keto with 2 shakes a day. I find myself eating alot nuts and soft meats. Plus 2 premier shakes. When I crave sweets I blend peanut butter, ice and protein shake together. Holy **** its delicious![emoji23] Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
