Awesome! Great job!

This is great. Thanks so much. I will start to track as well because it seems I haven't been doing that well on protein. I haven't been so mindful about it. Now calculating, I'm about 15-25g short.

Wow, so exciting and such a wonderful journey for you. I need to step it up. LOL! Can you share your meals?

Sarah you can do this and you will be able to do this and do it successfully. This site has been so informational and inspiring to me. You are not alone period. My family loves me but did not understand why I had the surgery and after 5 weeks, they still don't. During your good days and bad days there are so many folks on this forum who can relate to what you are going through and will be able to provide you with some great suggestions and nuggets to help you to focus on your journey. I also understand you wanting to have someone nearby, but folks here are just a quick text/conversation away too! Again, you are not alone!

I purchased them at Walmart. They had a variety of SF popsicles...chocolate, tropical and the regular. I will buy the chocolate next when I can do SF pudding...which is actually tomorrow.
-
I just bought the Tropical SF popsicles yesterday and tried two flavors last night and wow... they are GOOD!

Thanks @llhill! I need to start doing that... I was always a healthy eater and cook for my kids often, but I was nervous about cooking for myself again. I love spicy and I feel like a newborn feeding myself... and what if my belly revolts!? I should follow your lead with shows. I have gone back and forth about an air fryer... they might make me purchase! I'm also nervous about what foods this new pouch will like and not like, but I'm gonna remain optimistic and tell myself that I'm going to cook it so delicious it won't be able to resist!

Tripple yummy looking! I cant' wait!!! I don't know what's gotten into me but lately I've been watching all these youtube bariatric, whole30 and Keto cooking shows. Today I just bought a Instapot and a Air Fryer to get ready to eat again. I'm not craving anything, but just want to eat healthy from the start.

I went to pick up the candy so that my husband can pass it out. I then locked myself in my room so I wouldn't have to be a part of any of it. I'm doing ok. Surprisingly, I don't have the cravings even though I am known to hugely binge on chocolate. I'm feeling proud of myself too! -
Hey buddy! I am happy to have found it too. I am getting so many tips and tricks. There are a lot of threads that are so interesting to read as well! I've really been using the search function and have been finding that reading so many people's experiences are so helpful on my journey. Some are very inspirational!

My doc said to start taking vitamins the next day I got home from surgery. So I had surgery on Tuesday, Oct 23rd and got home late Friday. I started taking vitamins on Sunday, the 28th. I am taking Calcium + D3, B-12, B-Complex, Multivitamins, Biotin, and L-Lysine.

Congrats. I'm down 8 lbs since my surgery on the 23rd and I'm pretty excited too. I just went back to work today and people already notice my face is slimmer!
