I used Baritastic App on my phone to track my progress and keep a food log and journal. This is going to be an amazing journey, but it's not going to be easy. But, I am almost six months out and it was the best decision I have ever made. I also got the Gastric Sleeve Bariatric Cookbook by Sarah Kent. It was eventually extremely helpful when I was able to eat more varieties of food. Congratulations and best of luck. You are going to do great! -
