I am 4 months post op VSG and I have the stomach flu. I woke up not really feeling like eating so I had the Unjury chicken soup protein with water for breakfast and lunch. As day wore on, started feeling bad and a low fever. Then..... vomiting. Any tips? I am afraid to even sip on water but I am already behind a bit this week with my goals. What do you do when you have the stomach flu?

I think it’s what works best for you. First couple of weeks I had a legal pad and just noted all water, protein, etc. I now use Cronometer, it has app and website. I think most people use fitness pal.

I had mine on September 26th. Everything food and water was fine until I started soft foods. My stomach is not very happy. Lol. I am having a lot of cognitive dysfunction. At first I attributed to surgery but now at almost 5 weeks out it’s frustrating. I see my surgeon and dietician soon. So will discuss with them. -

I just had part of the tropical fruit premier protein water today. It was good. Such a nice change from heavy protein shakes.

How is that helpful to anyone. Everyone has different taste and things their stomach can handle while healing or even further down the line.
