I’m exactly the same 1 week of protein shakes, my surgery is on Saturday and I’m getting pretty nervous couldn’t sleep last night.

I’m from Derbyshire. How long have you been in US? Im beginning to feel anxious and wondering if I’ll miss food and especially socialising around food, but obviously I’d rather be slim it’s just I’m not telling any friends as I can’t deal with the negativity. Hope your surgery goes well x
