I decided to loose weight because I was sick and tired of being sick! It was either me or end up in a wheel chair, walker or a hospital bed at 40 yrs. I chose me instead. I am glad I made the choice and do not regret it one bit! I have taken control of my life and now I am in the driver's seat. I am loving my new life and feel very blessed and fortunate.
