    Impulse clothes buying

Zomg, I can impulse buy something in a regular clothes shop!! I am going to have to get a handle on this before clothes shopping becomes a new addiction. Walked into TK Maxx and this size 20 (UK) coat fit me! A little tight but I'm losing so I bought it! Yikes, I couldn't tell you the last time I fit a size 20!!! Diabetes Improvement

Same. I have been on metformin for years and victoza for a couple. In the hospital my BG dropped to normal levels,so no need for meds. Then by coincidence I had my annual checkup with my diabetes endo doc scheduled for a couple of weeks post surgery, so they did a full panel and my Hb1ac was normal (can't remember the number). They told me they wanted to have one last look at me in a year and then they'll drop me as a patient altogether! Yay!! (the official way of saying it is "discharge me back to the care of my GP"). I don't even bother taking my bloods anymore cause everytime I do, they're in like 4.6 or sommit. (UK measurements are different to US but that is bang on normal). I'm bloomin' thrilled!! 17. I'd start by: - Tracking everything you eat and drink, set yourself a daily calorie & macro limit. Make sure you're not accidently eating drinking too much - Look at incorporating keto and/or intermittent fasting. - Start / increase exercise - Possibly do some cognative behavioural therapy around eating behaviours and thoughts. Good luck! Sent from my SM-G930F using BariatricPal mobile app

Sophomoreville - A Home For The the Tweeners

I have an awful feeling I've developed a kidney stone post surgery and a quick Google tells me that bypass can increase risk of kidney stone formation. I've been feeling kidney-stoney for a little while now, and yesterday it started to ramp up. So I'm trying to decide do I cart myself off to A&E, although the scan probably won't be done until Monday, or do I just keep dosing myself up with Panadol and try and flush it through my system. That's if it is a kidney stone. Could be a fibroid acting up hmmmmm... Sent from my SM-G930F using BariatricPal mobile app
