So here they are : Starting Weight for Jan: 112.9 / 249 GW for Jan: 108 / 238 Jan Goals: - Lose a kilo a week - make up all my Ramadan missed fasts - keep net carbs under 50 a day Halfway through I'm at 110.1 (242 lbs) which is a loss of 1.23 kilos per week, so met and exceeded that goal! Ramadan fasting suspended because Aunt Flo visited and she overstays her welcome so only made up three days. Net carbs have not stayed under 50. Oooh I see - we list how we've transformed in clothes for #TransformationTuesday? Gosh at my highest I even ordered 5x with a thought to moving into 6x. But I don't have any of those left. Now I think I'm a UK 20 up top and a 22 below. I even fit into XL and that's so exciting for me. Plus as I mentioned elsewhere, I'm now just obese, not morbidly obese yayyyy. Biggest NSV so far: happened today peeps. My MIL had given me a gift card for a place that sells nice clothes and household stuff. I thought I'd check out their bed linen but found myself in the clothing part. I haven't been into this store for ages so I nearly fell over myself when I found a few items I thought might fit me. Well! Not only was I spoiled for choice (zomg, I don't just have to buy the one plus size item available) but I found a gorgeous blue top that I thought I could even go DOWN a size! Just a thought re: the CBT. If it's coming and going, it could be hormonal and/or you've just been through some pretty major stuff which can take some time to get your head around.
