I’ve been having avocado and chew up chicken really good. Also boil eggs and mash it up with a little bit of olive oil mayo. I had beef stew lol just beef and chewed it up really good. Tuna with olive oil mayo. Yea That’s about it for me so far and feeling fine.

Hey I’m day 4 post op and I threw up right before leaving the hospital and when I got home. Take it slow taking small sips of water when I feel like I’m gonna throw up helped me sounds weird but it did. It gets better as the days go by. Hang in there!

Hey guys hope everyone is well. I’m three days post op it does get better as the days past by. Can’t wait to feel normal again. Gas pain are gone the only thing I feel is like acid on my chest and the feeling of throwing up. Tmmrw I start full liquids again hopefully it runs smooth.

Hey! Had my surgery yesterday too. I’m able to hold water down and the biggest discomfort is the air inside sometimes I feel like puking because i want burp but can’t. Hope it gets better. How are u holding up?

Hey guys, just an update out of surgery it went smooth. I think we worry to much it’s really fast I have no pain the only pain is right smack middle of my chest like by the middle of my Breast?? I asked they said it’s normal but has anymore experienced this?
