I am almost afraid of going to the doctors office on the 23d, I feel like the band isn't even there any longer. I can eat just as much as I did before, eat way too fast and making bad food choices again. Not sure what the heck is wrong with me lately. I think I need to get my educational packets back out and read over things again and make myself believe that i'm just begining again.
