well glad that you slept well!! lol! I'm on to full on foods now and it sucks! I def understand why they call this bandster hell! This takes more will power than ever and I seriously don't have much of that! But I have done well. Still losing. I ate pizza 2 days ago and didn't see a loss that day but worked out 2x as long, so I think I evened it out. Went to the commissary today and got lots of veggies and healthy stuff to make it easier for me! I go to the doc on wed so hopefully he'll agree to give me a fill. It stinks that you have to wait a week!
