Yoda, I need to feel better too! PM me! Cloe.. I'm sorry. Nothing to add, cause what Yoda said coulda been mine too. I don't have advice, cause I don't deal with stress, cause I don't know how to either. I yell at Dan, then cry, then yell some more. Tonight, I wanted to drink, cause I had a bad day... but we had a storm, and the liquor store closed early. heh .. see... :heh:

Spoke to Mookie (well, by email)... she's alive, but feelin' crappy with bronchitis! Can you imagine coughing so much, right after surgery?! Man.... not fun. That's all I know. Hopefully she'll be feeling better and posting herself, here, soon.

Maybe *I* can look like Nisrine... when I'm all done. :faint:
-
Oh yeah... have fun doing or going wherever you're going! Have a good weekend!!
-
Oh neenagh... lets vow to never change our tickers for little bumps UPWARD. At my weigh in (yesterday) I was up 0.6... BUT, I'm not gonna acknowledge it!!! NO WAY! And we also won't say "my ticker's a lie".... we'll keep our mouths shut, and keep a low profile til we lose again :rose:

haha... oooooohhkkkaaaaaaaay! -
I'm pretty sure they're free... and you lucky gal, they're all under flouro.

Awesome news with the shoes! And don't stress about the peanut butter cups... it happens. I had the most amazing 'Chocolate Explosion' cake from Boston Pizza the other night... ahhhh... and anyways, I think it takes more than a day for a slip up to catch up with ya :scared: I think your weigh-in will be good!

I don't think they expand, no. Actually.. if you think about it, they should be just like Benefiber powder, which doesn't 'bulk' either. If you can take the taste, yeah... for sure give 'em a try. I'm probably just a wimp. Dan's takin this 'Real Fiber' chewable things too, and he likes them. I think they taste way better than the Benefiber, but are much bigger, and a little dry (if that's possible). Doesn't matter though, cause they get chewed up, and I wash 'em down with water.

It's your evil twin :scared:

You haven't PEED in 4 days?! I'm assuming you must be talking about that cause of the kidney infection... but then again, maybe you'd be dead not peein' for 4 days... I dunno. If you're talkin' about the other "bathroom... yeah... things are rough for me too. Breakin' out the MoM again tonight, and I'm gonna KEEP takin' that damn Benefiber. (I bought the chewable ones, cause I thought I'd take them for sure that way.. but they're grooooss!!!!)

The lower body lift is where they cut almost all the way around, and pull everything (your lower area) 'up', kinda like pulling up pants, correct? I'd love to see how it turns out. Good luck, Puddin'

-
Did someone tell you that 3 was the magic number?
-
no referral from an internist or psychiatrist required either? It's must just be that your province doesn't require proof of medically supervised diets. How much are you looking/needing to lose?
-
Is that the TLBC? How come people call it the Prince Arthur Medical Clinic? Is it all part of each other? Sorry for the q's! Lots of people here to help ya... just not me

I said my day was bad I was just bein' honest, and trying to show the quantity.. ignore the quality! I eat veggies, and fruit. Not alot, not as much as I should, BUT.... I never ate alot anyways. I can eat practically anything if I set my mind to it! LOL -
sherrylynn, how does it work in NS? Do you have to pay for the band itself, and everything else is covered, like NB? In NB: - you have to have a BMI over 35 - provide written documentation showing failure of medical/dietary management over an extended period to control weight through a structured program has been completed. Must have been seen, assessed and referred for bariatric surgery by a psychiatrist and/or a specialist in internal medicine. - have some co-morbidities (quoting an email I got from NB Medicare)

Yow... that sucks Cloe.

Apparently, it's coming! It was very cold yesterday (not compared to SK though!), and supposed to be more so today! -
yes, same as Yoda said... don't read the complications section. You don't need to worry yourself right now with things like that. I have been banded, hence the 95lb loss! Not doin' it all by myself
