    Protein???

interesting.... is the Optimum Nutrition "good", Andrew? Everyone's so different though... I might like that sweet one and find the O.N. one too bland. You really just need to try a whole bunch. It's too bad you can't get samples of EVERYthing.

    Dr. in Calgary

Andrew said it best. Sorry if that's a disappointment. Your options are to pay in BC, Ontario, (Montreal, I think you can pay too). That's just Canada... I assume you want to stay AS close as possible to home. And there's always Mexico. Unless you want to wait and do it in Alberta.

    Canada March 2007 Goals

I changed my ticker, and I guess, technically made my March goal, which was to get back to and surpass my pre-defill weight of 181.6. I was 181.4 this morning, so... I'm BACK, baby! 3 weeks exactly.. left of March. What can I do in 3 weeks? I'm going for 175 :omg: YEAH! 6 lbs... doesn't sound crazy! That weight sounds like a crazy number for me to ever be at though! (but so does every weight i've hit in the last 6 months!)

Yes, yes... far indeed, Mrs. 199lbs.
  18. Congrats CanMacDaddy! How'd you get such a quick date?

    Protein???

Seems pretty expensive! And I agree with Loriely... Cloe, you should try some Unjury. Buy one container and give it a try.... shipping's cheap! (which is another issue with your guys' american products, yeah they'll ship to Canada, but at outrageous costs!)

    Emergency Defill

Sorry about all the pain Loriely... I hope it gets taken care of soon! What happens at the family dr, find out the results of the ultrasound, or what?
  21. Yay Yoda!!!! Congrats! Here's a funky banana guy for ya: :girl_hug: He'd hit it!

    Oldtimers thread

I think she's talkin' "us Canadians who were posting here back in the good old days (like in the past year, LOL)" .. shall I name names? CLOE, Yoda, Irishmist, neenagh, Lila, loriely, JUDE! (where is she!?) Wheezy even. Us who were posting here (canadian area of LBT) back when there were only a few of us here. Is that it, CLOE, or did you just mean old people, cause if that's it... I guess i'm out :girl_hug:

    Argon's Activities

Oh, i have just been so busy the last few days. I got my computer, and I'm in love (with it). We haven't been able to spend much time together yet, unfortunetly. Tomorrow, gotta bring Dan's BFF (best friend forever LOL) to the airport and do some shopping in Moncton. Got the MATTRESS and kitchen table set and a couple shelves from him today as well. The mattress feels really good, and I can not wait to sleep on it! I'm also back to losing like a madwoman, and am almost at the point where I could say my ticker is NOT a lie. But right now, it is. I just saw Puddin's most recent lower body lift before/after pics in the Cosmetic Surgery area, and.... I'm SO jealous, she looks SO good! I will definitely be saving up for something like that. I'll try to catch up with posts soon, have a good weekend, guys

    Protein???

Yeah Cloe, at least 60. Shouldn't be too tough. Cottage cheese is really good for it. *wink wink* Which reminds me: I need to get more Protein. I definitely don't practice what I preach.
  25. Well, at least you don't have to worry that "maybe I didn't have to pay for it myself... maybe if I'd done something." You tried, and good for you. Now keep saving, and get your surgery. And yeah, Dr. Orr looked real hard, I'm sure.
