Ughh help! I’m struggling to get these fluids down! Advice?!

I’m only 5 days post op but I’m getting stomach pain! It will go away and come back! I’m only drinking water and protein shakes rt now! Could it be the nexium? Or is the protein shake ?

well, doctor says I’m probably just not ready for the protein shakes . He said It sounded like I’m just still healing. Going back on clear liquids today to give my body a break. My follow up is on Tuesday.

I took my nexium and it feels much better. Something is definitely upsetting my stomach . It has to be the protein shakes. I’m calling my doctors office. I’ll let you know what he says. Its a dull burning . I’ve had it a few times but maybe an hour but tonight it lasted too long.
