I was sleeved on8/16. My surgeon follows a 2 week clear liquid plan the progression to full liquid etc. I just started full liquids yesterday . I was so excited until... diarrhea. I made a cream of chicken soup with 2% milk- 15 mins- after I ate- cramping and RUNNING to the bathroom. I thought it was the milk so I tried a soy milk in a protein shake later in the evening - same . Today tried a premix premier protein shake same issue; got thru about 5 oz and was running. Has anyone expirenced this? How long does it last? I return to work Monday and am concerned for how I will get thru the 12 hr shift with this - I might have to resume clear liquids for work days?
