Gas pains comes from the Co2 used to insufflate your abdomen. They are usually described as pains in the left shoulder and back or pain felt when taking deep breaths. Walking will help diminish the discomfort. my doctor gave me some info about issues which may or may not occur.

My boyfriend and I have been apart for almost 4 years now. (Together for yrs he went away for school.) Its a 2 hour drive, he's in Fort Myers, FL. and I'm in Miami. We do the nasty once every:thumbdown: 2-3 wks. But when I get a hold on him its like all day:tt2:. Thats only if he doesn't start crabbing about how tried he is. I have a healthy sex drive and unfortunately my long time boyfriend sex drive has drooped. When we First met we had sex almost everyday if not everyday. But since I've gain so much weight its like I'm pulling his teeth. I asked him was it my weight that was an issue he said yes. I was really hurt by it. I've tried everything to lose weight but I would gain it all over again. We're still together but its not the same, I always have that thing in the back of my mind that he'll leave because of my uncontrollable weight gain and other issues we are facing. :thumbup: (I have not had banding yet)

I've never had any real problem being on top or any other positions.:thumbup: I like to read and watch adult things because I want to learn from the pros.:biggrin: The other reason is that when you are a big person people or guys think you are lazy. They mite feel that having sex w/a skinny girl is more enjoyable because of positions and endurance:thumbdown:. So for me, I really try a lot of different positions even when I can't last to long in one position:tt2:. It's like tricking him a little. Be playful and convertible w/ him sex is something very intimate even if it mite be a one night stand.

I've been thinking about having the lapband surgery for 21/2 yrs now and my long time boyfriend tells me "why can't you just reduce your food intake, or excerise more. Your just not trying hard enough, stop being lazy." All my life I've been over weight and he on the other hand has always been slim. I could remember at 8 yrs old trying to lose weight because I was always the fatist person. Now at 28 yr old I'm still struggling with my weight and still wanting something to help me take control over this battle with weight loss. I want to have the lapband and which ever way my luck falls I'm ready to face head on. No one should make you feel bad about a decison you want to make for yourself. No one knows when you are hurting on the inside or when you are fustrated and angery because you want to lose the weight but you just can't seem to get it wright. Whats good for may not be good for them. So do what you think is best for you.
