Oh!! I also made 1oz Jell-O shots with the same powder dissolved in the cold water.

I got flavorless Genepro and put it in everything. I actually put some on my baked potato I had for supper 😂 Gotta get that protein in.

I recently hit my 4 week post op date which has released me to introduce puréed foods. I’ve chosen healthy low carb choices and now I’m at a stall. Do you really continue to lose weight when you aren’t starving your body with water and protein shakes exclusively? I guess I just don’t see how this works and am feeling discouraged.
