This picture is at 50lbs Down! That is a cheesy grin...not very natural looking. But I am happy!

You look great!! My sister & I also did the surgery. She did it 3 months before I did. She is down over 110 lbs. I am down 65 lbs but also had my first baby with in a year after surgery. -

Hi I was also banded by Dr. Spiegal March of 07'. I have lost 40 lbs since I first had the band. It's been a slow process for me cause I found out I was 4 months pregnant 5 months after having surgery. I actually lost 38 lbs my first 4 months of pregnancy. I had my daughter on Jan. 28, 08' and went back in for my first fill at the beginning of March. I have only lost another 10lbs since then but I think it is because of the pregnancy my body is trying to play catch up. Anyway, I hope your weight loss journey is coming along good. 19 lbs in one month is great!! Keep up the good work. -
Dr. Felix Spiegal has support groups every Thursday and Saturday. Try going there. There is always a lot of people.

First of all..... Congratulations!! This is such great news. I just had my first daughter 4 months ago after 12 years of trying. I know it can be hard but GOD does everything for a reason. At least you are at the half way point to your 3 month mark. These are the most important months. Once you hit 3 months it will be so much easier knowing your baby is alright. I will keep you in my prayers & I wish you the best of luck to you. Keep me posted. -

Sorry to hear about you jaw. Hope your doing better. Kind of sucks that you have to wait so long. But at least you can still have it done. It will be worth it in the end. I wait back for a 2 fills already and have lost another 10 lbs. since having the baby. Right now I'm kind of stuck but I think my body is trying to play catch up from giving birth. My little sister already hit 110 lbs! I am so proud of her. I'll try and put some pictures of her online so you can see. Well hope your doing better and cheer up you will have it done soon. Bye!
